- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:

- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and next steps.
- Return Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it back; return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless the product was damaged or incorrect).
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment gateway.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- If eligible, you may receive a replacement item or full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry.
- Items that are worn, damaged, or not in their original packaging.
- Sale, offer, or clearance products.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve it promptly with a replacement or full refund.
